Professor Franca Ovadje has a PhD in Business Administration from the IESE Business School in Barcelona Spain. She was a pioneer faculty member of the Lagos Business School (LBS) where she led sessions on Leadership, Change Management and Human Resource Management. She also taught on the African AMP at the IESE Business School in Barcelona and on several programmes in South Africa and Ghana. She is a visiting Professor at the Strathmore Business School in Kenya. For over two decades, Professor Ovadje contributed to the development of senior managers in Nigeria through her programmes at the LBS and through mentoring.

In 2005, she received the African Management Scholar award .After 25 years at LBS, Franca founded the Danne Institute for Research in March 2017. Danne Institute is committed to carrying out and promoting research which will positively impact the African environment. She is passionate about contributing to Africa’s growth and development through insightful and impactful research.
