Bosede Ejiro O. is a certified interior designer and the Founder/Creative Director of B&S Xquizite Interioz Ltd, with over 17 years of experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design. Renowned for her exceptional expertise in window fashion, she is a passionate, family-oriented designer known for executing each project with excellence, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.
She holds a B.Sc. in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Benin, an Interior Design Certificate from The Interior Design Institute (UK), an Entrepreneurship Management Certificate from Lagos Business School, and an Executive Master’s Degree in Interior Design from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She also completed the “Road to Women’s Business Growth” programme sponsored by the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, ExxonMobil, EDC, and Emerging 360. These academic and professional achievements have further deepened her expertise, strengthened her commitment to raising industry standards, and reinforced her passion for mentoring the next generation of designers.
Her leadership extends to event protocol and coordination, having served as Protocol Officer for the African Culture & Design Festival (ACDF) in 2017 and as Protocol Team Lead for Design Week Lagos across multiple editions, including the most recent in October 2025, ensuring seamless coordination for international and local dignitaries and guests.
She presently serves as the Strategic Advisor, Abuja & Northern Partnerships, for Made by Design, Nigeria’s leading showcase of design and interiors excellence, craftsmanship, and innovation.
B&S Xquizite Interioz Ltd is a Corporate Member of the Green Building Council Nigeria (GBCN), reflecting the company’s commitment to sustainable, environmentally responsible, and globally aligned interior design practices.
She currently serves as the National Treasurer of the Interior Designers Association of Nigeria (IDAN), following over seven years as Treasurer for the Abuja Chapter. She is also a member of the Programme Committee of the Nigeria–Türkiye Business Council, where she contributes to strengthening international business relations and strategic partnerships within the design sector.
A proud mother to an adorable daughter whom she dotes on deeply, Bosede is strongly guided by her faith and values, with God and family playing a central role in her life and career. Her unwavering commitment to purpose, passion, and excellence continues to leave a lasting impact on the interior design landscape in Nigeria and beyond.
