Bosede Ejiro O. is a certified interior designer and the Founder/Creative Director of B&S Xquizite Interioz Ltd, with over 15 years of experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design. Renowned for her exceptional expertise in window fashion, she is a passionate, family-oriented designer known for executing each project with excellence, creativity, and attention to detail.

She holds a B.Sc. in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Benin, an Interior Design Certificate from The Interior Design Institute (UK), and an Entrepreneurship Management Certificate from Lagos Business School. She also completed the “Road to Women’s Business Growth” program sponsored by the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, ExxonMobil, EDC, and Emerging 360. Bosede is currently pursuing an Executive Master’s Degree in Interior Design at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, in a quest to deepen her expertise, raise industry standards, and mentor the next generation of designers.

Her leadership extends to event protocol and coordination, having served as Protocol Officer for the African Culture & Design Festival (ACDF) in 2017, and as Protocol Team Lead for Design Week Lagos across multiple editions, including the most recent in October 2024—ensuring seamless coordination for international and local dignitaries and guests.
